Community Helping Hand offers an Emergency Financial Assistance Program. Our program serves the Forest Lake and Chisago Lakes School District Residents. Residents that are experiencing a financial Crisis can apply In our Thrift store during business hours. In order for consideration for our finical program for Rent or Utility assistance you will need a DENIAL letter from County Emergency Assistance, proof of residency, income verification and eviction or disconnect notice.

Once your application is reviewed we will contact you for a short interview to discuss your application. Applications are processed in the order they are received. Approval may take up to 3 business days.
